The southwest side of the Quinn’s Crossing community borders the Paradise Valley Conservation Area, a large native growth protection area. In an agreement between YarrowBay Communities, the developer, and representatives of the Echo-Paradise Community, an option was granted for the public to purchase a portion of the southwest corner of Phase 2 of Quinn’s Crossing that adjoins the Paradise Valley Conservation Area. If the greater community can make this purchase over the next couple of years, this land will be maintained forever for the benefit of the public. Several home sites that are planned would remain vacant and the area at the end of a road would provide access to the Paradise Valley Conservation Area.
